Letter Pom Pom/ Pipe Cleaner

So I went to Michael's Craft Store yesterdays and picked up one of those cute black metal letters. I got an A (For Alexa). But I got home and wanted to make it more fun, without ruining the actuall piece. So I had this great idea of making cardboard ones. Just follow the steps below.

You'll need:

• One of the metal letters, or a shape/letter to trace
• Pipe cleaners/ pom poms (Depending on which one you want to make)
• Sissors
• Hot Glue Gun/ Crazy Glue
• Cardboard (I used a shoebox lid)

First, trace your letter/shape onto the cardboard.

Then, just cut it out.




Now, start glueing on the pom poms.

And if you want to do the pipe cleaner version, then just cut the pipe cleaners into 1 inch pieces and glue them on.

So here are the two of them together

The Best Eyeliner Ever

Alright, so the other day I was looking through an Avon booklet...thing... and I came across a really awesome eyeliner. It's called Glimmersticks Liqui-glide. Now I am a sucker for liquid eyeliner, but it's such a hassle. This product is liquid eyeliner in a pen. I swear it's the greatest thing. It goes on super smooth and I love, love, love it! The pictures I took didn't come out so great, but I did manage to find a link (CLICK!)  Go buy this amazing product!

Purple Scotch Tape Mani

My first design! I know it's wednesday, but I have been dying to try this out! Okay so, this is my inspiration. (<--- click it!) I love love love this blog and think it is just wonderful. I didn't have much time to put together a good idea so I used one of these, no credit to me besides the color scheme! So go check the link out! Well, on to the mani!

I just painted my nails with Belle Of The Ball by Confetti, 2 coats. Wait until it's dry to the touch to go onto step 2.

Then I cut a piece of scotch tape with fancy sissors to make a design. I taped off part of the nail with scotch tape (press the tape on your palm to get the stickiness off, so it won't pull the first coat) and painted the side Park Ave by NYC In A Minute. It's a great color and dries super quick. (**tape of the part that you DON'T want to be painted**)

So, after the Park Ave dries, I taped off the nail again leaving half of the purple part left and painted it using Wild Orchid by Wet n Wild (Wild Shine). I absolutly adore this color. 

And then just do all the other nails, and Ta Daaaa!, an amazing purple-y colored mani.
